The location was marvellous and exceptional - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The airport was approx 25 minutes' drive away.

I had a queen suite and it was brand-new. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

The hotel enjoys a great location with plenty of nearby stores. The room has modern lighting, large TV and a contemporary bathroom with a good shower, not to mention a comfortable bed and useful amenities. The friendly front desk staff truly made our stay a good one. Plus, there is a fitness center and wonderful HVAC system that is easy to control.

The room we stayed in didn't have a continuous fan option for the HVAC system.

During my Christmas vacation, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff at this hotel. The breakfast options were also quite impressive, with various food choices to suit different tastes. the hotel's location was ideal as it was close to major attractions and public transportation options.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The TV connection in my room was poor and needed fixing, the shower head was too high and not adjustable, and the housekeeping service was not consistent and hard to request.

The air conditioning unit in the room did not have an option to run the fan continuously, which meant I wasn't able to create the "white noise" effect that I find helpful for sleeping. the shower head was situated in a way that was difficult to reach and adjust, which made it less comfortable than I would have liked.

The Fairfield hotel in O'Fallon exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, modernity, and convenience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met. The room was well-designed and equipped with a comfortable bed and a new, user-friendly shower. Grocery stores and other amenities were conveniently located nearby. our stay was exceptional.

One minor drawback was the lack of housekeeping service. We had to request for it, but it was not carried out as expected.
